About me...

I am an elementary school administrator in Ontario.  I have worked as a French Immersion classroom teacher, an In School Support Teacher and now as a school administrator.  I have been interested in learning about how VR technology can be used in classrooms, in school spaces, in special education and I think the possibilities are endless!  The evolution of VR has been happening for many years and the new focus on multi-sensory experiences through VR is incredibly exciting to learn about. 

 

As an educator, I think it's important to always pursue new ways to use technology in education and as a school administrator I feel there is a tremendous responsibility to make informed and knowledgeable choices about the resources being purchased for your school communities.  Technology will continue to drive innovation in schools and educators will continue to explore new and exciting ways to engage students and multi-sensory VR is going to be an important part of that journey in the coming years.
